My partner and I both have an issue with stress can we do a session toegther to save money?
Yes you can, but we would recommend that you book longer sessions, since the amount we can cover in any session drops the more people there are. Also in one to one work we target the session to your specific needs and often adapt the session half way through to reflect the information we are working with. Since everybody is different it takes much longer to do this with additional people.
Do you run any workshops?
Yes, we do occasionally run specific workshops on issues like self esteem, anger or stress. These sessions are a chance for you tho practice a number of practical skills to help with your issues. You should check out the Latest news page for information on groups. Or if you would rather contact us to discuss a bespoke group workshop then we wil be happy to help.
Are you prepared to visit me at home?
Yes. We are more than happy to come to you in any location that you feel comfortable, including home, work, cafes, parks and public spaces.
I live in Northampton can you still help me?
Yes no problem! The area we work in ranges from Northampton to Aylesbury and Bedford to Buckingham. The general rule is that we work anywhere within a half hour travel of Central Milton Keynes.
I work in Oxford and would like to book an appointment, is that possible?
Yes, there are two ways we can do this. Firstly we could meet at the nearest location within our normal area. Secondly you can elect to pay a small addtional charge. Full details of our pricing policy can be found here.
I would like you to deliver a days training for my business, but my business is not anywhere near Milton Keynes is this a problem?
No. We are more than happy to meet you anywhere. Obviously we would need to discuss your individual needs and negotiate a price
Will my details be kept confidential?
Yes. However there are some exceptions, which we are required by law to impose. Full details can be found in our Code of Conduct
Are there any terms and conditions?
Yes, but they are not anything you would not normally expect. They can be viewed by clicking here.
What method can I use to pay?
Cash or cheque is fine for private work. If you wish it is possible to pay by internet banking if payment is recieve in advance, (please contact us help with this). Unfortunately it is not possible to accept credit card payments at this time. Business customers can of course pay by invoice, as long as this is agreed in advance.
