Terms and Conditions
Ulysses NLP is the trading name for Gavin Watts. (called Gavin for these Terms and Conditions)
Gavin is a trained and qualified NLP practitioner. He is registered with the Guild of NLP as a practitioner. Copies of his Guild membership and professional indemnity insurance are available upon request.
Gavin reserves the right to refuse to work with any individual if he feels that they are being abusive or unreasonable. In such an event any fees paid are considered non refundable.
In some circumstances Gavin will advise clients that he feels that there are issue(s) are outside his area of expertise, and will refuse services on that basis.
If for any reason Gavin has to cancel a session then no charges will apply. Gavin will endeavour to offer an alternative time as soon as possible. In such situations where Gavin has cancelled he will offer a 10% discount to clients if they rearrange the appointment within 1 week of being offered alternative times.
Gavin will treat all information as confidential unless holding such information is a clear breach of the Code of Conduct.
Gavin will request payment for services upon completion of the session. In circumstances where he is working with clients in a business capacity he will invoice the business if a prior arrangement has been made. Payment of invoices is expected within 30 days. At the moment it is not possible to accept credit or debit cards.
